These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by Marketing Bots Academy, a unit of Marketing Bots Media LLP. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You have provided accurate personal information
You agree to follow all institute policies and guidelines
You understand and accept our refund and payment policies
2. Course Structure and Duration
Standard Course Duration
Typical Duration: 2 months (60 days)
Extended Duration: Up to 4 months in special circumstances
Class Format: 100% practical, hands-on training
Mode: Online, Offline, or Hybrid options available
Class Timings and Flexibility
Batch Change Options:
You can switch between batches anytime based on seat availability
Change from morning to evening batches or vice versa
Move from weekday to weekend schedules
Transfer from full-day to part-time batches
Mode Switching:
Switch from classroom to online learning
Change from online to offline mode
No additional fees for switching between modes
Notice Required: Inform us at least 24 hours before your desired change to check batch availability.
Available Learning Modes
Offline Classes: Classroom training at our Pune center
Online Classes: Live interactive sessions via video conferencing
Hybrid Mode: Combination of online and offline as per your convenience
3. Attendance Policy
 Minimum Attendance Requirement
Required Attendance: 90% (minimum)
Managing Missed Classes
Makeup Options:
Join other ongoing batches (online or offline) to cover missed topics
Schedule one-on-one sessions with trainers
Access recorded sessions of missed classes
Get additional support to catch up with the batch
Student Responsibility: It is your responsibility to proactively complete missed topics by coordinating with our training team.
3.3 Class Recordings
Recordings of all classes are available upon request
Access provided through our learning management system
Available for revision and catching up on missed content
Should not be shared with anyone outside the enrolled students
4. Payment Terms
Course Fees Structure
Attend 2 days of free demo classes
Pay 50% of total course fees after demo to confirm enrollment
Pay remaining 50% within 15 days of enrollment
Payment Options
Installment Option: 2 parts (50% + 50%)
Single Payment Offer: Discounts for full upfront payment
Accepted Payment Modes:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net Banking
Bank Transfer
Cash (at institute office)
Late Payment Policy
No late payment fees generally charged
Extension of 10–15 days maximum
Late payments may affect course continuity
Important: Course completion certificate will be issued only after full fee payment.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable. Flexible alternatives include postponement, batch change, or mode switching.
5. Course Materials and Content
Study Materials Provided
Digital notes, PPTs, case studies, tool tutorials, and updated resources
Ownership and Confidentiality
All course materials are intellectual property of Marketing Bots Academy.
Usage Restrictions:
For personal learning only
No sharing, resale, reproduction, or commercial use
Sharing Restrictions
No recording or distribution without permission
No creation of competing programs
6. Student Code of Conduct
Expected behavior includes discipline, attendance, assignment completion, and respectful conduct.Misconduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination without refund.
7. Course Modifications
Curriculum updates may occur for industry relevance. Trainer or timing changes will be communicated in advance.
8. Certification
Certificates are issued after course completion, attendance compliance, assessment clearance, and full fee payment.
9. Liability and Limitations
Placement support is provided but not guaranteed. Technical issues and force majeure events are handled with alternative arrangements.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Unauthorized use of our brand, materials, or methodology is prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes fall under Pune jurisdiction. Grievances are resolved via internal support first.
13. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated and communicated via website or email.
