However, we understand that circumstances change. That’s why we offer flexible alternatives instead of refunds.

We provide multiple alternatives to ensure you complete your course successfully:

1. Postpone Your Learning

If you’re unable to attend classes due to personal reasons, work commitments, or any other circumstances:

You can pause your enrollment and rejoin after months or even a year
Your fees remain valid without any additional charges
Simply inform us in advance, and we’ll hold your enrollment

Example: If you enrolled in January but got a new job that demands more time, you can rejoin our September batch or any future batch that suits your schedule.

2. Switch Between Online and Offline

Your learning mode shouldn’t limit you:

Enrolled for offline classes but need to shift to online? No problem.
Started online but prefer classroom experience? We’ll accommodate you.
Same fees apply—no extra charges for switching modes

Example: If you relocate from Pune to another city, you can continue your course online without losing your investment.

3. Change Your Batch Timing

Life schedules change, and so can your batch:

Switch from morning to evening batch or vice versa
Transfer from weekday to weekend batches
Move between full-day and part-time schedules
Subject to seat availability in the desired batch

4. Medical or Emergency Leave

We care about your well-being:

Take a break for medical emergencies or family situations
Resume your course when you’re ready
We’ll provide personalized catch-up training to cover missed topics
Alternatively, we’ll assign you to a new batch

Special Circumstances

If We Cancel a Batch

In the rare event that Marketing Bots Academy cancels a scheduled batch due to unforeseen circumstances:

We will immediately offer you an alternative batch
You can choose from our next available schedules
Your enrollment and fees will be automatically transferred
No additional payments required

If You Need to Relocate

Relocation doesn’t mean stopping your education:

We offer online batches at the same fees
Live interactive sessions with the same quality of training
Access to all course materials and recordings
Continued placement support regardless of your location

Technical Issues During Online Classes

If you face technical difficulties:

We provide immediate support to resolve issues
Complimentary makeup classes to cover lost time
Access to class recordings so you don’t miss content
One-on-one doubt-clearing sessions if needed

Course Completion Flexibility

We understand that our standard course duration is 2 months, but we provide flexibility:

If needed, you can extend your learning period up to 4 months
No additional fees for genuine cases requiring more time
Access to trainers for doubt clearing even after course completion
Lifetime access to course updates and materials
